Your login is not an email address but an alphanumeric identifier.
If you have forgotten your username, contact us.

3/ Do you have the right password?

If you forget your password, you can click on the “Forgotten password” button and a form will offer you to recover a temporary password by email or SMS.
If no email address or phone number is entered in your form, you will need to contact us so that we can send you a new password.
